Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our Pulmonary Critical Care team at OhioHealth. As an LPN, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and collaborating with our healthcare team to deliver exceptional outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide nursing care to patients and families along the health-illness continuum in diverse healthcare settings.
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
  • Delegate nursing tasks to unlicensed assistive personnel (UAPs) using the criteria written in the Ohio Nurse Practice Act.
  • Serve as a resource for other associates and communicate instructions, perform minor scheduling, and inspect work.
Requirements
  • BLS - Basic Life Support - American Heart Association certification.
  • LPN - Licensed Practical Nurse - National Council of State Boards of Nursing licensure.
  • Must hold a current license from the State of Ohio and have successfully completed an Ohio Board of Nursing-approved medication course.
