We are seeking a highly skilled Registered Nurse to join our team at Saint Agnes Medical Center. As a Registered Nurse on our 5 Main Telemetry unit, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and collaborating with our interdisciplinary team to achieve exceptional patient outcomes.
Key Responsibilities- Patient Care: Provide direct patient care to a designated patient population, utilizing the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
- Collaboration: Work collaboratively with the healthcare team to coordinate patient care, communicate effectively with patients and families, and participate in interdisciplinary rounds.
- Education and Training: Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current with best practices and evidence-based care.
- Leadership: Demonstrate leadership skills by participating in unit-based quality improvement initiatives and contributing to the development of unit policies and procedures.
- Licensure: Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the State of California is required.
- Certifications: Current American Heart Association (AHA) Healthcare Provider CPR card and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification within six months of hire.
- Education: Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) degree is preferred.
