Job SummaryThe Registered Nurse will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care, collaborating with the healthcare team, and contributing to a positive patient experience.
Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care, assessing patient needs and developing individualized care plans
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure seamless care delivery
- Supervise and delegate tasks to nursing staff as needed
- Evaluate patient progress and revise care plans as necessary
- Prepare patients for discharge and ensure a smooth transition to post-acute care
- Associate's Degree in Nursing (ADN) or Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN)
- Less than 2 years of experience on a telemetry unit
- Current ACLS, CPR, and RN licensure
- NIHSS certification
