Therapy 2000, a leading provider of home-based pediatric therapy services, is seeking a skilled Pediatric Speech Language Pathologist to join our team. Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct comprehensive Speech Therapy evaluations to determine patients' needs for therapy.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans aligned with physicians' orders.
  • Collaborate with patients' caregivers to develop home exercise programs.
  • Act as a key member of the patients' medical neighborhoods, coordinating care with various providers and disciplines.
  • Meet deadlines for completing patient chart updates, progress summaries, and other paperwork as required.
  • Participate in regular meetings with agency personnel to stay informed about expectations and standards for delivering high-quality patient care.
Requirements:
  • A current and active license to practice Speech Language Pathology in the state of Texas.
  • An innovative spirit and a proven track record of reliability.

  • Proficiency in using common workplace technology, including laptops, phones, email, and web browsers.
