Key Responsibilities:- Conduct comprehensive Speech Therapy evaluations to determine patients' needs for therapy.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans aligned with physicians' orders.
- Collaborate with patients' caregivers to develop home exercise programs.
- Act as a key member of the patients' medical neighborhoods, coordinating care with various providers and disciplines.
- Meet deadlines for completing patient chart updates, progress summaries, and other paperwork as required.
- Participate in regular meetings with agency personnel to stay informed about expectations and standards for delivering high-quality patient care.
- A current and active license to practice Speech Language Pathology in the state of Texas.
- An innovative spirit and a proven track record of reliability.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and needs of the business.
- Proficiency in using common workplace technology, including laptops, phones, email, and web browsers.
- 3+ years of experience as a pediatric Speech Language Pathologist.
- Experience in a home health setting.
- Experience or certifications in feeding therapy or other clinical specialties.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) skills.
