    Job Summary

TAS Environmental Services is seeking a detail-oriented Dispatcher to coordinate efficient communication between drivers and the operations team.

    Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and schedule transportation routes for drivers, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. 
• Communicate effectively with drivers using phone systems to provide real-time updates. 
• Monitor fleet operations and manage day-to-day activities. 
• Input and maintain accurate data. 
• Respond promptly to any issues or delays that arise during transportation. 
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations within the supply chain. 

    Requirements

• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively relay information. 
• Proficiency in logistics management and supply chain processes. 
• Fleet management systems. 
• Experience with data entry and maintaining accurate records. 
• Familiarity with Acumatica and Wastelinq, Microsoft 365 or similar software is required. 
• Ability to work under pressure while managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
