As a Truck Driver with Meijer Private Fleet, you'll be responsible for making deliveries from our distribution centers to Meijer stores on time, within established guidelines. You'll also pick up backhauls at various vendors and deliver them to the distribution centers in a timely fashion.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive Class A equipment
  • Make deliveries to Meijer stores on time
  • Pick up backhauls at vendors
  • Deliver backhauls to distribution centers
  • Yard switching (trailer movement) as needed

Requirements:

  • 21 years of age or older
  • Minimum one year truck driving experience or completion of a credited truck driving school
  • Valid CDL-A license (Hazmat endorsement required)
  • No moving violations in the last year
  • No more than two moving violations in the last three years
  • Ability to work nights, days, holidays, and weekends
