Key Responsibilities- Provide guidance and support to team members on operational practices, procedures, and safety protocols.
- Oversee the workflow within the department, including assigning tasks and coordinating with other teams as needed.
- Develop and implement training programs to ensure all team members have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
- Monitor and maintain a safe working environment, identifying and mitigating potential hazards and risks.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
- 1-3 years of experience in supply chain operations or a related field.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to lift up to 35 pounds and work in a warehouse environment.
