We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Production Operator to join our team at Nature's Bakery. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality products are produced while maintaining a safe and efficient work environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Measuring and Mixing: Accurately measure and mix ingredients to ensure every batch meets our high standards.
  • Operating Equipment: Safely and efficiently operate machinery and equipment, including basic machine operation, cleaning, and maintenance.
  • Championing Safety and Quality: Maintain food safety and quality by following strict guidelines and practices.
  • Managing Materials: Utilize an ERP system for material handling, including refilling bulk containers, completing batching paperwork, and supporting bulk bag bailing.
  • Collaboration: Work effectively with team members to uphold company values such as respect, integrity, and teamwork.
Requirements
  • Physical Demands: Ability to work in both cold and warm environments, and to lift up to 50 lbs.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in using ERP systems for material handling and HMI for ingredient delivery.
  • Teamwork: Strong team-oriented mindset with a commitment to company values.
  • Communication: Ability to complete batching and traceability paperwork accurately.
  • Personal Protective Equipment: Own or be willing to acquire steel toe boots.
