This LPN position is a full-time opportunity to work with patients of all ages, with a focus on pediatrics. Responsibilities
  • Deliver high-quality patient care, adhering to physician orders and Aveanna's standards of care.
  • Conduct thorough assessments, identify patient needs, and develop effective care plans.
  • Collaborate with patients, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination.
  • Document patient progress, outcomes, and any changes in condition.
  • Participate in ongoing education and training to maintain expertise and stay up-to-date on industry developments.
Requirements
  • Current, unrestricted state license as a Licensed Nurse in the state of practice.
  • Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
  • CPR certification.
  • At least six months of recent experience as a Licensed Nurse in a clinical care setting.
