Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Speech-Language Pathologist to join our team at Soliant. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in speech therapy and experience working with students in a school setting.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide speech and language therapy to students with communication disorders.
  • Develop and implement individualized education programs (IEPs).
  • Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to create a supportive learning environment.
  • Monitor and document student progress, adjusting therapy plans as needed.
  • Attend IEP meetings and contribute to the development of student goals.
  • Maintain compliance with state and federal regulations for school-based therapy.

Qualifications

  • Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
  • Valid Maryland SLP license or eligibility.
  • CCC-SLP (Certificate of Clinical Competence) preferred, but CF (Clinical Fellow) candidates will be considered.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Experience working with children in a school setting is a plus.
