About the Role:

The Brand Executive Chef will be responsible for overseeing the culinary operations of multiple locations, ensuring that high-quality food is prepared and presented consistently. This role requires a strong leader who can manage a team of kitchen staff, maintain quality standards, and control costs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create new menu items that meet the company's culinary standards
  • Stay up-to-date with new culinary trends and recipes
  • Adhere to standard recipes and techniques for food preparation and presentation
  • Ensure all food safety regulations are followed
  • Inspect the quality of food and ensure it is prepared to recipe standards
  • Manage inventory and ordering of food and kitchen supplies
  • Oversee purchasing to stay within budget
  • Ensure high standards of sanitation, cleanliness, and safety are maintained in all kitchen areas
  • Participate in hiring and training new kitchen staff
  • Utilize par sheets to maintain a proper level of food and avoid waste

Requirements:

  • Culinary degree preferred
  • Seven to ten years of culinary management experience
  • Ability to manage an entire kitchen at multiple locations
  • Budgeting skills to control costs
  • Incredible food preparation abilities
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Deep knowledge of the food industry and trends
  • Ability to create new menu items
  • High-end catering experience is helpful
  • Strong leadership and time management skills
