Job Summary

The Warehouse Clerk is responsible for scheduling all incoming freight. This position will reconcile receiving paperwork before submitting it to the front office for data entry.

Key Responsibilities
  • Check-in Drivers with a high level of accuracy
  • Review invoices for returns and accurate coding
  • Create return sales order into SAP software system
  • Restock customer returned product
  • Perform Bin to Bin movement physically and in the system using RF
  • Assist at customer pick up dock as needed
  • Create driver manifest
  • Create billing documents
  • Responsible for inbound scheduling; create appointments
  • Participate in inventory count as needed
  • Attend monthly safety meeting
  • Understand the safety rules and requirements in the workplace
  • Ensure warehouse equipment service needs, safety needs and other safety issues are reported promptly
  • Able to perform tasks with other systems (Bev Scan/ Bev Pro/Roadnet/Mobilecast)
  • Take online safety courses and other classes as needed
  • Assist employees with scanner issues/questions
  • Perform other related duties as assigned
Requirements
  • 1 year of experience
  • Knowledge with modern warehousing practices and methods
Physical Demands

Physical demands include a considerable amount of time sitting and typing/keyboarding, using a computer (e.g., keyboard, mouse, and monitor), or adding machine. Physical demands with activity or condition may occasionally include walking, bending, reaching, standing, and stooping. May require occasional lifting/lowering, pushing, carrying, or pulling up to 45lbs.
