Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough initial evaluations and ongoing assessments of patient conditions, adapting treatment plans accordingly.
  • Develop and implement individualized plans of care to meet required frequency of visits, including patient and family education.
  • Communicate patient progress with patients, families, and interdisciplinary teams.
  • Supervise activities of assistants, students, and support personnel as needed.
  • Plan and assist in patient discharge.
  • Ability to work in a typical clinical environment, stamina to remain standing or sitting for extended periods of time, and lift/assist patients as needed.

Requirements:

  • Active TX PT license, or eligible to obtain.
  • Full-time, direct-hire opportunity.
  • Outpatient setting.
  • Day shifts.
