We are seeking a skilled Night Auditor to join our team at Kinseth Hospitality. As a Night Auditor, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our guests while ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our hotel's operations.

Key Responsibilities

* Greet and register guests in a friendly and efficient manner
* Suggestively sell hotel rooms and assign rooms to guests
* Act as hotel manager on duty and follow prescribed MOD procedures
* Enter daily changes and balances accounts
* Ensure night audit procedures are completed accurately and timely
* Enter information and print night audit reports
* Ensure guest safety by following established security procedures
* Date stamp, sort, and rack incoming mail, faxes, and messages
* Record and communicate guest special requests and problems
* Answer inquiries pertaining to hotel services and local attractions
* Accurately check out guests and communicate departures with housekeeping staff
* Accurately compute bill, collect payment, and make change for guests
* Make, confirm, and cancel reservations via telephone, computer, and in writing
* Answer and route internal and external phone calls
* Post charges to ledger
* Deposit guests' valuables in hotel safe or safe deposit box
* Maintain shift-to-shift log accurately
* Maintain cleanliness and organization of hotel lobby and front desk area
* Wash, fold, and properly store laundry

KHC Policies

* Responsible for following all KHC policies and procedures
* Maintain a professional image and report to work as scheduled

Physical Demands

* Regularly required to stand, use hands to finger, handle, or feel, and talk or hear
* Frequently required to walk and reach with hands and arms
* Occasionally required to sit, climb or balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl, or smell
* Must occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds
* Specific vision abilities required include close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus
