Job Summary

We are seeking an Animal Care Specialist - Client Experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work independently, and have a strong commitment to delivering exceptional client service.

Responsibilities:
  • Observe and report daily animal behavior, including any signs of illness or discomfort.
  • Safely and effectively restrain canines and felines as needed.
  • Walk hospitalized canines throughout the day to provide exercise and promote urine and bowel elimination.
  • Provide timely meals to all hospitalized and boarding patients, ensuring correct dietary needs are met.
  • Maintain a clean and safe environment, including disinfecting areas as needed and performing laundry duties.
  • Assist with administering medications and vaccines, collecting specimens, and cleaning surgical instruments.
Requirements:
  • At least 1 year of experience in animal care or a related field.
  • Full-time availability, Monday-Friday 8am-6pm, and Saturdays from 8am-12pm.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
