Job Summary:
FNA Group is seeking a skilled Welder Specialist to join our production team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for welding and assembling metal components for our operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Equipment Preparation: Ensure welding equipment is properly set up and adjusted for optimal performance.
- Component Fabrication: Fabricate new or replacement parts for production and assemble component parts using hand and small power tools.
- Quality Control: Conduct first-piece and in-process inspections to maintain quality standards and customer specifications.
- Maintenance and Repair: Make adjustments to equipment and consult with supervisors as needed to ensure accurate machine operation.
- Production Operations: Adhere to company policies and procedures to maintain efficient production operations.
- Workplace Safety: Maintain a safe and clean working environment by following procedures, rules, and regulations.
Requirements:
- Availability: Willingness to work overtime when necessary.
- Experience: 2+ years of previous welding experience preferred.
- Material Knowledge: Experience working with steel materials.
- Technical Skills: Ability to read blueprints (a plus) and strong math skills (a plus).
- Operational Skills: Forklift experience (a plus).
Education and Certification:
High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
