We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide one-on-one care for a student with medical needs in a school setting.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Providing nursing care for students with medical needs, including tracheostomy care, ventilator management, and G-tube feedings
- Monitoring seizure activity and administering rescue medications as needed
- Assisting with personal care and diabetic management
- May be required to ride the bus with the patient to and from school
To be considered for this role, candidates must:
- Hold a current LPN/LVN license in the state where they will be practicing
- Have a current health certificate and PPD or chest X-ray
- Hold a current BLS card
- Have at least one year of prior LVN/LPN experience
