We are a fast-paced, dynamic restaurant company seeking experienced Servers to join our team at our Haverhill, MA location. As a Server at Barrio Tacos, you will be responsible for providing exceptional food and beverage service to our guests, ensuring a memorable dining experience.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Provide attentive and courteous service to guests, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Take and submit customer orders accurately and efficiently.
  • Check patron IDs for minimum drinking age requirements and answer questions about menu items or liquor/beer varieties.
  • Resolve any patron issues quickly and professionally, maintaining a positive and respectful demeanor.
  • Itemize bills and collect payments, handling cash and credit transactions with accuracy and efficiency.
  • Clean, prep, and bus tables, bars, counters, and maintain a clean and organized service station.
  • Maintain a strong spirit of teamwork, collaborating with colleagues to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Keep condiments and utensils replenished, ensuring a well-stocked and efficient service area.
  • Perform all other duties as assigned by management.

**Ideal Candidate:**

  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with guests and colleagues.
  • Ability to work efficiently and quickly in a fast-paced environment, maintaining a high level of productivity and accuracy.
  • Reliable transportation, with a valid driver's license.
  • Availability to work varying shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Previous serving experience, with a strong understanding of food and beverage service principles.
  • Must be 21 years of age or older.
