  • Liaison Role: Serve as a liaison between patients and medical support staff, facilitating effective communication and resolving issues promptly.
  • Administrative Support: Assist with various duties within the clinic, including verifying insurance benefits, assisting with referrals, and collecting payments.
  • Technical Skills: Possess strong technical skills, including the ability to operate a 10-key calculator, telephone, computer, copier, and fax machine.

Requirements:

  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; some college education preferred.
  • Experience: Minimum three years of experience in a healthcare organization; ICD9 and CPT coding skills and experience with charge posting or collections a plus.

Work Environment:

This is a full-time position that requires excellent interpersonal and communication skills, as well as strong math knowledge.
