Key Responsibilities
  • Install, mount, and balance tires to ensure a safe and smooth ride for our members.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, answering questions and addressing concerns in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Maintain a clean and organized tire bay, ensuring that all equipment and tools are in good working order.
  • Stay up-to-date on the latest tire technology and products, making recommendations to members based on their specific needs.
  • Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve sales and service goals.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Valid driver's license and ability to drive automatic and manual transmission vehicles.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Basic computer skills or a willingness to learn.
  • Prior tire installation experience preferred.
