Job Title: Travel Nurse RN - Telemetry Specialist

Fusion Medical Staffing-Nursing is seeking a skilled Travel Nurse RN - Telemetry Specialist to join our team in Highlands, North Carolina.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Registered Nurse to work in our Telemetry unit. As a Travel Nurse RN - Telemetry Specialist, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care, collaborating with the healthcare team, and ensuring the smooth operation of the unit.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, monitoring vital signs, and performing various medical procedures.
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized patient care plans.
  • Conduct thorough assessments, identify potential health risks, and develop strategies to mitigate them.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members to ensure seamless care coordination.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and unit efficiency.
Requirements:
  • One to three years of experience as a Registered Nurse in a Telemetry unit.
  • Current RN licensure in the state of North Carolina.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on patient-centered care.
