Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough safety inspections of trailers and prepare necessary documentation
  • Perform repairs and maintenance on undercarriage components, including brakes, suspension, and steering systems
  • Operate vehicles to test their functionality and ensure they are in good working condition
  • Prepare vehicle records and reports, both manually and electronically
  • Comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and company policies
Requirements
  • At least 2 years of experience in vehicle and trailer maintenance
  • Ability to operate a manual transmission vehicle
  • Basic computer skills and ability to enter and exit the driver's compartment of the truck
  • Ability to provide own hand tools
  • Basic written and verbal communication skills
