Job Title: Enrollment CRM Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled Enrollment CRM Coordinator to join our team at Waynesburg University. As a key member of our admissions team, you will be responsible for managing our CRM system, Slate, to ensure seamless communication with applicants, students, and faculty.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and maintain accurate data within the CRM system
  • Develop and implement process improvements to enhance the admissions experience
  • Collaborate with the admissions team to achieve enrollment goals
  • Provide exceptional customer service to applicants, students, and faculty
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree required
  • 1-2 years of experience working with a CRM system (Slate preferred)
  • Demonstrated ability to innovate and improve processes
  • Experience working in a higher education environment
