Your primary responsibilities will include leading the design and drafting of civil-related infrastructure projects, ensuring compliance with industry standards and utilizing advanced software tools such as Civil 3D and Revit for the creation of detailed and accurate engineering drawings.

You will collaborate with international design and drafting teams to ensure seamless integration of diverse perspectives and expertise. Effective communication channels will be fostered to enhance project efficiency and team cohesion. Multiple projects will be managed simultaneously, from concept to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.

Coordination with project stakeholders will be key to achieving project goals. Rigorous quality control measures will be implemented to guarantee the accuracy and precision of design. Regular reviews of design work will be conducted to identify and address potential issues proactively.

Staying abreast of industry trends and advancements will be essential to integrating innovative solutions into the design process.

About You

Proven experience as a civil designer in the Australian market is essential. Demonstrated experience in water/wastewater projects is also required. Experience in using multiple design software platforms, particularly in the AutoDesk suite, is necessary.

An Associate Degree, Advanced Diploma, or Bachelor of Engineering Technology is preferred but not essential.
