Qualifications:

Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate as part of a team to deliver a high-quality preschool educational program.

  • Engage with individual students and small groups.

  • Adhere to the daily schedule as specified in the curriculum and GSRP guidelines.

  • Participate in staff meetings, workshops, and other program-related activities as required.
  • Assist in the training and orientation of associate educators.
  • Recognize the associate educator as a vital part of the teaching team.
  • Work collaboratively with the associate educator in planning and decision-making processes.
  • Empower the associate educator to manage classroom behavior and support the educational experience.
  • Engage in home visits with the associate educator to collaborate with families on their children's educational needs.
  • Maintain anecdotal records and portfolios for each child.
  • Assess family needs and provide follow-up support, including home visits and parent-teacher conferences.
