Bistro Server

We are seeking a skilled Bistro Server to join our team at Courtyard - Lufkin. As a Bistro Server, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, ensuring a memorable dining experience.

• Set up and maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring all necessary supplies and equipment are available.
• Take orders from guests, input orders, and process payments in a timely and efficient manner.
• Communicate with the kitchen to ensure accurate and timely food preparation and delivery.
• Prepare and serve food and beverages, including coffee and other specialty drinks.
• Perform other food and beverage functions as needed, such as bartending and bussing.
• Count and reconcile cash and credit transactions at the end of each shift.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to all health and safety regulations.
• Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring guest satisfaction and loyalty.

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous food and beverage experience or equivalent training required.

This role requires standing for extended periods, walking, pushing, lifting up to 25 pounds, bending, and reaching. A flexible schedule, including holidays and weekends, is also required.
