Responsibilities- Conduct thorough clinical assessments to identify patient needs and develop individualized care plans.
- Prioritize patient and family needs, creating and implementing care plans to achieve desired outcomes.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to provide comprehensive care, including education and support for patients and families.
- Utilize critical thinking and problem-solving skills to address complex patient needs and situations.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members to ensure seamless care delivery.
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
- Minimum one year of recent full-time experience in Telemetry, Cardiac Progressive Care, Cardiac Intermediate Care, or Cardiovascular ICU.
- Registered Nurse (RN) licensure and Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
