POSITION SUMMARY
Assist the Chef during peak times to ensure excellent service delivery. Report any product discrepancies to the management. Verify the temperature of cooking appliances and food items. Keep track of food preparation quantities and portion sizes. Ensure that food is presented attractively and garnished appropriately. Serve food in designated portions using suitable containers. Maintain cleanliness of the workstation, including setting up, cleaning, and dismantling. Sanitize kitchen areas, including tables, utensils, and equipment. Prepare cooking ingredients by measuring, chopping, and storing. Clean and peel fresh produce. Cook and prepare meals.


Adhere to all company policies regarding safety and security; report maintenance issues, accidents, and unsafe conditions to management; complete required safety training and certifications.

Maintain a clean and professional appearance; safeguard confidential information; protect company resources. Greet and acknowledge all guests in accordance with company standards. Communicate effectively and professionally with team members. Foster positive working relationships to achieve shared objectives. Ensure compliance with quality standards and expectations. Stand, sit, or walk for extended periods. Perform physical tasks such as reaching, bending, lifting, and moving items weighing up to 25 pounds without assistance. Carry out other reasonable duties as assigned by supervisors.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

Education:
High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.

Related Work Experience:
No prior experience required.

Supervisory Experience:
Not applicable.

License or Certification:
None required.

The pay range for this position is $21.25 to $27.60 per hour.
