Position Summary:
The Advanced Mechanical Service Technician II plays a crucial role in our operations, requiring expertise in areas such as Leak Repair, Field Machining, Line Isolation, NDT Hydrotesting, Hot Tapping, and Line Stopping.
Work Schedule:
Varies based on client contracts.
Location:
Operational duties are conducted in various settings.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure adherence to safety protocols and legal regulations.
- Diagnose and report issues related to leaking components to supervisory and engineering teams.
- Conduct leak mitigation tasks, ensuring the use of necessary safety equipment.
- Complete required documentation and collaborate effectively with field teams and management.
- Stay informed about company products and services to enhance customer support.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma required; further education in a technical field is advantageous.
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in industrial operations or maintenance roles preferred.
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Familiarity with plant maintenance and repair is beneficial.
- Valid driver's license is mandatory; HAZWOPER training certification is a plus.
- Willingness to travel frequently is essential.
Work Environment:
