Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Nursing Home Administrator to join our team. As a strategic driver of business excellence, staff excellence, clinical excellence, and customer excellence, you will be responsible for leading and guiding our nursing center department heads, promoting and representing our center in the community, and creating an environment where employees are highly engaged and focused on providing the highest level of care and compassion to our patients/residents.
Key Responsibilities- Monitor nursing center financial reports and implement corrective action as required.
- Lead, guide, and direct the nursing center department heads who are direct reports.
- Promote and represent the nursing center in the community to ensure favorable public relations.
- Create an environment where employees are highly engaged, abide by our core values, and are focused on providing the highest level of care and compassion to patients/residents.
- Ensure regulatory and policy compliance within the nursing center.
