Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Culinary Supervisor to join our team at Compass Group. This role involves overseeing food service associates and ensuring the highest standards of culinary excellence.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and train kitchen staff, assigning tasks and evaluating performance.
  • Manage inventory and ordering processes to maintain optimal stock levels while minimizing waste.
  • Ensure adherence to approved recipes and production standards for quality and portion control.
  • Maintain cleanliness and proper operation of kitchen equipment.
  • Implement food safety practices in accordance with HACCP guidelines.
  • Engage with customers during meal service to gather feedback and enhance their dining experience.
  • Perform additional duties as required.
Qualifications
