Job Overview

We operate as a primarily unstaffed facility, ensuring our members have access to exceptional equipment and a well-maintained space.

We are looking for a dynamic individual to assist during our staffed hours at the fitness center.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Enrolling new members into our community
  • Performing light cleaning and organization tasks
  • Addressing inquiries related to fitness equipment from our members
  • Responding to membership questions and concerns
  • Fostering membership growth through incentive-based initiatives
  • Completing various administrative duties as required

Candidate Profile:
The ideal candidate should be self-sufficient and effective post-training. A friendly demeanor, reliability, and consistency are essential traits.

This role could be an excellent opportunity for a new Personal Trainer looking to expand their clientele or for someone in semi-retirement.

Work Schedule:

Monday 8 AM - 2 PM

Wednesday 8 AM - 2 PM, 5 PM - 8 PM

Hours may vary.

Compensation:

Hourly rate of $16.50 plus sales commissions.

401k options available after six months of employment.
