Home Healthcare Nurse

Aveanna Healthcare is seeking a compassionate Home Healthcare Nurse to provide high-quality care for our medically fragile clients.
About the Role:

Duties and Responsibilities:
* Implement physician-prescribed plans of care
* Conduct patient assessments and coordinate care with healthcare teams
* Administer prescribed medication, treatments, and therapies as required
* Document care provided in our system of record
* Educate family members on health promotion, teaching, and training
Requirements:
* Active, unencumbered license (RN/LPN/LVN) in the state of practice
* Current CPR certification from American Red Cross, American Heart Association, or BLS
* TB skin test within the last 12 months
* Six months prior hands-on nursing experience preferred
* Reliable transportation
