Hotel Housekeeper Job Description

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Hotel Housekeeper to join our team at Candlewood Suites. As a Hotel Housekeeper, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our hotel rooms and common areas.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Clean and prepare hotel rooms for guests, including making beds, vacuuming, and dusting
  • Restock rooms with toiletries and linens as needed
  • Keep common areas, such as the lobby and hallways, clean and tidy
  • Respond to guest inquiries and resolve any issues in a professional manner
  • Document room cleaning and maintenance activities

Requirements:

  • 1+ year of experience as a Hotel Housekeeper or in a similar role
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Excellent cleaning and organizational skills
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills

Compensation:

$11 - $11.50 hourly
