Key Responsibilities- Provide professional nursing care to patients in a variety of settings, including inpatient and outpatient environments.
- Collaborate with patients and their families to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Conduct thorough assessments of patients' physical and emotional needs, and develop and implement plans to address these needs.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians, and monitor patients' responses to these interventions.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members to ensure seamless care coordination.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and safety.
- Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the state of Michigan.
- Advanced Life Support (ALS) certification from the American Heart Association (AHA).
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) or higher.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Registered Nurse in a hospital setting.
- Experience in Intensive Care Unit (ICU) or Emergency Department (ED) settings.
- Knowledge of electronic medical records (EMRs) and other healthcare technologies.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks simultaneously.
