Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional member service and promptly assist members with gas station transactions, answering questions and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Monitor and maintain gas station equipment, including fuel pumps, cash registers, and other equipment, to ensure optimal performance and minimize downtime.
  • Assist with opening and closing procedures, including counting cash, balancing the cash register, and performing other tasks as assigned.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment, including the gas station, restrooms, and surrounding areas.
  • Monitor and report any safety or security issues to management, and take prompt action to address any concerns.
  • Perform daily competitive price surveys to ensure accurate pricing and signage.
  • Assist with fuel delivery and other tasks as assigned.
  • Perform other duties as assigned, including working in other departments as needed.

Requirements

  • Previous gas station or retail experience preferred.
  • Ability to work a variety of shifts, including mornings, afternoons, evenings, and weekends.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods of time.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
