Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team at Maxim Healthcare Services. As a Private Duty Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and working closely with our healthcare team to ensure the best possible outcomes.

Responsibilities
  • Patient Assessment and Care Planning: Utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care, taking into account the patient's physical and psychosocial needs.
  • Collaboration with Healthcare Team: Work closely with the Director of Clinical Services and other healthcare professionals to ensure effective and efficient patient care.
  • Documentation and Communication: Accurately document patient information and communicate effectively with the healthcare team to ensure seamless care.
  • Education and Training: Participate in ongoing education and training to stay up-to-date on the latest nursing practices and technologies.
Requirements
  • Current RN License: Possess a current Registered Nurse license for the state in which you practice.
  • Health Certificate: Maintain a current Health Certificate, as required by facility contract or state regulation.
  • PPD or Chest X-Ray: Have a current PPD or Chest X-Ray, as required by facility contract or state regulation.
  • BLS Certification: Possess a current BLS (Basic Life Support) certification.
