Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Housekeeping Assistant to join our team. As a Housekeeping Assistant, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our facility, ensuring a safe and healthy environment for our guests and staff.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform routine custodial work, including sweeping, mopping, dusting, trash removal, and vacuuming
  • Disinfect rooms and surfaces, including specialty locker rooms, restrooms, meeting rooms, and office space
  • Operate specialty equipment, such as scrubbers, floor cleaners, vacuums, and carpet cleaning machines
  • Assist in oversight of contractor event and post-clean work
  • Inspect work and redirect workers as needed
  • Perform recovery-cleaning tasks as scheduled

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED required
  • 0 to 1 year of related experience and/or training in custodial techniques and practices in office or arena settings is preferred
  • Ability to stand, see, and communicate regularly
  • Ability to walk, stand, stoop, bend, and climb stairs frequently
  • Ability to lift and/or move up to 100 pounds occasionally

Working Environment

The work environment is fast-paced and dynamic, with occasional exposure to vibration and loud noise levels.
