Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Server Associate to join our team at Huggin' Molly's. As a Server Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, taking orders accurately, and delivering orders promptly and efficiently.

Main Responsibilities

• Welcoming guests and presenting our menu options
• Advising customers on food and drink choices and answering questions
• Taking orders and delivering them to the table accurately
• Maintaining a clean and organized dining area
• Checking the quality of final servings and resolving any issues
• Delivering checks and accepting payment
• Working collaboratively with other staff members

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Server or Server Associate
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask
• Basic knowledge of cash handling and ordering systems
• Patient and friendly demeanor with a focus on customer satisfaction
