Required Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

  • Proficient in front-end, back-end, and API development utilizing C#.
  • Advanced skills in shell scripting, web/application server management, and version control.
  • Strong development experience with SQL, along with a solid understanding of relational database principles and design.
  • Align with enterprise and domain architecture and application design.
  • Ability to troubleshoot issues with a problem-solving mindset.
  • Excellent communication skills, capable of conveying information clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Eagerness to mentor and share knowledge across the IT organization.
  • Capacity to manage multiple competing priorities with minimal supervision.
  • Intermediate understanding of Object-Oriented (OO) programming principles.
  • Skill in translating business requirements into technological solutions.
  • Strong relationship-building skills with clients and colleagues.
  • Self-motivated and organized individual with a keen attention to detail.
  • Inquisitive, adaptable, and a collaborative team player with proficient communication abilities.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, Teams, and Outlook.

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in software development.
  • Experience with DevOps and/or Azure, or equivalent platforms.
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies.

Compensation and Benefits

For candidates applying for this position, a reasonable estimate of the base salary range is between $100,500 and $119,000 annually. This role may also be eligible for performance-based incentives. Additional benefits include employer-sponsored health, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k), life insurance, paid vacation, and personal time, along with opportunities for career development and education assistance.
