Position Overview

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct analysis, design, and development of sophisticated, object-oriented applications independently.

Required Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

  • Strong development experience with SQL, along with a solid understanding of relational database principles and design.

  • Ability to troubleshoot issues with a problem-solving mindset.
  • Excellent communication skills, capable of conveying information clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.

  • Intermediate understanding of Object-Oriented (OO) programming principles.

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.

  • Experience with DevOps and/or Azure, or equivalent platforms.
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies.

Compensation and Benefits

For candidates applying for this position, a reasonable estimate of the base salary range is between $100,500 and $119,000 annually. This role may also be eligible for performance-based incentives. Additional benefits include employer-sponsored health, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k), life insurance, paid vacation, and personal time, along with opportunities for career development and education assistance.
