Job Summary

The Operations Coordinator will play a vital role in supporting the branch's operational efficiency, effectiveness, and customer satisfaction. This position will provide superior customer service and communication to internal and external customers, while also supporting the branch financial manager in achieving branch performance and profitability.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Financial Operations: Oversee accounts receivable process, maintain local collection contacts, and monitor weekly and monthly lease, contract maintenance, and special billing.
  • Fleet Operations: Complete Fleet Service activities, track and coordinate asset outside services, and partner with Fleet Services to support licensing, permitting, citations, and other fleet operations.
  • Process Analytics: Perform process analyses and reviews, investigate and recommend solutions to issues posing a risk to profitability, and use systems or reports to understand operational dynamics.
Qualifications:
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required, degree preferred.
  • Skills: Interpersonal and relationship building skills, competent written and verbal communication skills, and advanced computer skills including Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
  • Experience: 2 years+ experience in customer service financial administrative experience required.
Physical Requirements:

The associate will be required to read, communicate verbally and/or in written form, remember and analyze certain information, and remember and understand certain instructions or guidelines. While performing the duties of this job, the associate may be required to stand, walk, and sit, and occasionally lift and/or move up to 25lbs/12kg.
