Job Summary

CAI, a leader in IT services and solutions, is seeking an experienced Azure SQL Server Database Administrator to join our team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Configure, maintain, monitor, and implement code for the delivery center's Microsoft SQL Server databases.
  • Ensure the availability of assigned databases and provide support for optimizing database performance.
  • Collaborate with the application development team in data architecture and database design.
  • Identify and resolve database issues.
  • Provide support to application development teams through application performance reviews and enhancement suggestions.
Requirements
  • BS/MS degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or other computer-related field.
  • 5 years of experience as a MS SQL Server Database Administrator.
  • 3 years of experience in performance tuning.
  • 3 years of experience with backup and restore functionality.
  • Good organization, time management, and communication skills.
  • Strong team player.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Source Control Management (Git).
  • Azure Data Factory.
Work Environment

Sedentary work that involves sitting or remaining stationary most of the time with occasional need to move around the office to attend meetings, etc.
