Breast Imaging Specialist - Providence Service

Under the supervision of the Breast Imaging Services Manager, the Breast Imaging Specialist delivers Radiologic care to patients for the assessment of bone density (DEXA) and breast health (Mammography). This role involves assisting physicians as necessary and executing related responsibilities as assigned.

Shift Information: Part-time, Flexible shifts, No Daily Overtime for a 40-hour work week.

Essential Qualifications:

  • Completion of an accredited Radiologic Technology program.
  • Associate's Degree in Medical Imaging from a recognized institution.
  • Washington State Radiologic Technologist certification upon hire.
  • Current National Provider BLS certification from the American Heart Association upon hire.
  • National Registered Technologist - Radiography certification from the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists upon hire.
  • National Registered Technologist - Mammography certification within one year of hire.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • At least one year of experience in Mammography as an ARRT registered technologist.

Compensation Information:

The salary range provided is the base pay; additional compensation may be available for this role, including shift differentials, standby/on-call pay, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonuses.
