**Responsibilities**
- Provide leadership and consultations in sleep medicine
- Deliver patient care that is compassionate, appropriate, and effective
- Conduct assessments, physical examinations, and treatment coordination with primary care providers and other subspecialists
- Utilize telehealth modalities to provide care to patients when appropriate
Requirements:
- Board certification in Family Medicine and Sleep Medicine
- Proficiency in written and spoken English
- Current, full and unrestricted license to practice medicine or surgery in a State, Territory, or Commonwealth of the United States, or in the District of Columbia
