About the Role:

As a Medical Laboratory Specialist at Merit Health River Region, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality patient care. Your expertise in performing diagnostic laboratory tests will be essential in helping us provide accurate and timely results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform routine and specialized laboratory tests according to established guidelines.
  • Schedule and manage time effectively to meet departmental productivity and efficiency standards.
  • Conduct instrument function checks and preventative maintenance procedures, maintaining records and statistical data as required.

Requirements:

  • Associates degree in Medical Laboratory Technology or related field.
  • One year of medical laboratory experience preferred.
  • Registration as a Medical Laboratory Technician (MLT) or equivalent required.
