Job Overview

This role encompasses a variety of tasks related to maintenance and repair, along with logistical support for campus operations. Primary Duties:

  1. Conduct or assist in various maintenance and repair tasks across the campus.
  2. Support the Plant Manager in estimating work requirements and procuring necessary materials.
  3. Complete assigned tasks efficiently and in a timely manner.
  4. Maintain open communication with supervisors regarding the status of work orders.
  5. Assist in addressing any weather-related challenges that may arise.
  6. Help with the setup and teardown for academic, athletic, and special events.
  7. Provide assistance in relocating furniture, equipment, and other items as needed.
  8. Availability for occasional weekend work is required.
  9. Participate in an on-call service rotation as necessary.

Qualifications:

  1. Possession of a valid driver's license is mandatory.
  2. Prior maintenance experience is essential.
  3. Experience in electrical work is advantageous.
  4. Commitment to delivering high levels of customer satisfaction and service.
  5. A high school diploma or GED is required.
  6. Ability to effectively lead and collaborate with others.
