As an Electrical Quality Assurance Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality of electrical products and systems, identifying and implementing corrective actions, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive quality excellence.
Key Responsibilities- Quality Assurance: Develop and implement quality assurance policies and procedures to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
- Inspection and Testing: Plan, conduct, and evaluate testing and inspection of electrical products and systems to ensure quality and reliability.
- Corrective Action: Identify and implement corrective actions to address quality issues and improve processes.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, manufacturing, and quality assurance, to drive quality excellence and improve processes.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate and detailed records of quality assurance activities, including inspection and testing results, corrective actions, and quality metrics.
- Training and Development: Identify training needs and develop training programs to ensure employees have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their jobs effectively.
- Compliance: Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulatory requirements, and company policies and procedures.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electrical Technology, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in electrical quality assurance, inspection, and testing.
- Skills: Strong knowledge of electrical systems, quality assurance principles, and regulatory requirements. Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
