Travel Nursing Opportunity for Experienced Med Surg RNs

About the PositionThis 13-week travel nursing assignment is available in Latrobe, Pennsylvania, offering a competitive hourly rate and tax-free stipend. The shift consists of 12 hours per week, with 36 hours guaranteed, and a night schedule.
As a seasoned med surg RN, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care, collaborating with interdisciplinary teams, and maintaining accurate records. Your acute care experience is highly valued, and previous ICU, step-down, or tele experience is a plus.

- Additional certifications may be required by Vibra Travels (e.g., ACLS, PALS, NRP).
- A minimum of 1 full year of RN experience is necessary, along with a Diploma or Associate of Science Degree in Nursing.
- A valid and active license to practice as a Registered Nurse in the state of employment is essential.
- Previous acute care experience is strongly preferred.
- Ability to project a professional image and maintain confidentiality.
- Knowledge of regulatory standards and compliance requirements.
- Strong organizational, prioritizing, and analytical skills are crucial.
- Independent decision-making abilities are necessary in certain circumstances.
- Familiarity with computer and software applications used in job functions.
- The ability to work without the influence of drugs and alcohol is mandatory.
All employees must be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 or be approved for a valid religious or medical exemption. Unvaccinated employees on an approved exemption must submit to weekly COVID-19 testing and wear a respirator at all times while in the facility.
