About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Dialysis Patient Care Technician to join our team at Dialysis Clinic, Inc. As a key member of our interdisciplinary team, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality patient care and supporting our mission to prioritize individualized care for patients facing chronic kidney disease.

Responsibilities
  • Patient Care: Provide care to patients with end-stage renal disease, supporting clinical staff throughout the dialysis treatment process to deliver prescribed treatments.
  • Education and Support: Guide new patients through a comprehensive 120-day education plan, ensuring they understand their treatment options and are empowered to take control of their health.
  • Treatment Preparation: Set up and break down dialysis blood systems, insert and remove patient access needles, and monitor patients during treatment, documenting any changes or concerns.
  • Inventory Management: Maintain and track inventory, ensuring that all necessary supplies are available for patient care.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with the interdisciplinary team, including nurses, doctors, and other healthcare professionals, to ensure seamless patient care and effective communication.
