Snap Kitchen Services is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Shift Supervisor to join our team. As a Shift Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading our store team and ensuring exceptional customer service, while maintaining a clean and organized store environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Store Team: Act as a mentor to less experienced team members and provide guidance and support to ensure a smooth store operation.
- Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service, respond to customer inquiries, and resolve any issues in a professional and courteous manner.
- Store Maintenance: Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including wiping down counters and tables, sweeping, and restocking shelves.
- Inventory Management: Manage inventory levels, including ordering and receiving stock, and maintaining accurate inventory records.
- Sales and Marketing: Promote new and popular menu items, as well as in-store loyalty programs, to drive sales and increase customer engagement.
- Operational Efficiency: Utilize store technology, such as inventory management systems, to optimize store operations and improve efficiency.
Requirements:
- Experience: 1-5 years of previous store team member experience within a retail, food, or nutrition environment.
- Leadership Skills: Proven leadership skills, with experience in team management and conflict resolution.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with customers, team members, and management.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent, with some college preferred.
- Availability: Must have open availability, including weekends and holidays.
